2001 Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Salehuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of the State of Selangor Darul Ehsan

The facts :

1. born at Istana Jam'ah, Klang, 24th December 1945, eldest son of Captain H.R.H. Paduka Sri Sultan Salehuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj ibni al-Marhum Sultan Hisam ud-din Alam Shah Alhaj by his first wife, H.H. Raja Nur Saidat ul-Ihsan binti Tengku Bahdar Shah.
2. ninth Sultan of Selangor.
3. married (first) 2nd July 1968 (div. 1986), Raja Zarina binti Raja Tan Sri Zainal Abidin styled Raja Puan Muda 1972-1987. married (second) 1st December 1988 (div. 1997) Che' Puan Nur Lisa Idris binti 'Abdu'llah, née Lisa Davis, an American convert to Islam.
4. He has issue, one son and two daughters.
5. In 1995-1996 His Royal Highness created history for Selangor by sailing on world circumnavigation with his yatch "S.Y. Jugra" for 21 months (27,940 nautical miles) which made him the first Malay from the Royal Family to achieve the challenge.

Why I like :

1. because he is a king without queen...hehehe. Nampak best ja bila duduk atas singgahsana bila tak ada permaisuri, tak menyemak.
2. He married a foreigner/european.Suka la org asia yg kawin dgn org putih, nanti dapat anak muka Eurasian and gua suka Eurasian...hehehe.
3. He likes sailing and vintage car which I like too.
4. third rank of my favourite malay king.
