Dia Pergi...Aku Di Sini

"Bangun. Jom teman mak tengok tok Daniel dah mati".What??? Ahh..damn. Baju kurung.

Tok Daniel nih kawan baik tokyah. Masa aku kecik-kecil dulu, dia selalu mai rumah tokyah dengan anak perempuan dia setiap petang jumaat. Naik kereta Charade teh susu. Mula2 dulu kak Ani was her driver but when she got married, kak Shidah took over pulak. Mula-mula dulu berdua, lepas tu selalu datang bertiga dengan cucu dia, Daniel. That why I called her tok Daniel. Daniel tinggal dengan depa lepas mak dia meninggal dunia. I like them. Modern, sophisticated, educated and tak sombong. More important, they are one happy family. Kak shidah tak kahwin walaupun kerja bank pangkat tinggi. She chose to serve her mum until the end of her life. Every Friday when she was off duty, she will drive her mother wherever she wanted to go and my grandfather's house was a must. How nice. Hope I can do the same. Now, tokyah is no more. so with his friends. tokwan Jamil, tok Daniel, tokchik Hamzah, tokwan Lah. These were all the poeple that I will see every Friday and now all of them are dead.

Within 25 years, many things changed. Most of the people I know are dead or getting old. Therefore, I guess I'm getting old too. But why do people thought I'm still budak sekolah...remain young and cute. May be it's because of the genetic. Mak dan ayah nampak kuat dan muda lagi...awek muda gitu. But deep inside, I know they are getting weaker and weaker everyday. Of course, they are hoping for me to have better life and better future. That is the only thing they were asking from me. Yeahh! Life has to taken seriously now. I want to make my parent happy but it just that I didn't find what I want in life. And that makes me wander around like a useless.

As long God gives me strength, I'll never stop finding my future. And it's my turn to drive my parent wherever they want to go.
