Welcome to DELL.
Next week will be my 3rd week working at DELL. I would say…I’m quite happy with my new working environment. At least I have choices of friends. I can be friend with Andy Lau, Madhuri Dixit, Samsons, Arabella, Steve Irwin, Frank Lampard and also Siti.
First day, I was introduced to my buddies in ANZ team; Soma, Manfred, and Kalai. What is ANZ? I’ve been told that I will be under ANZ team (Australia New Zealand), that’s all. During training then I realized that I’m the only one from ANZ team while the rest new hired were from SA team (Malaysia Singapore). Meaning that I have to handle customers from ANZ. But just last Thursday only I knew that I have to follow ANZ time and calendar. WHAT???
That means I have to start working as early as 4 in the morning and go to bed as early as 6pm. Wow! Sorry mates, no more midnite movies yeah. Wait a minute, will I be able to celebrate Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali or whatever holidays in Malaysia? No, no, no…get ready to jingle bell with Mr. Santa only.
About work, as Rachna said “Welcome to HELL”. ANZ team will be more pressure compared to other departments. They said that and I just have to wait when I’m on Q week after next week.
Yeah, I really can see myself in hell at least until early next year. After work, I have to attend class from 7pm till 10pm every day except Sunday. Saturday and Monday sometimes got class. Go to bed around 11pm and the next day has to wake up at least 3am. Only 4 hours for sweet dream dude, that’s crazy. So, just pick the right words when you wanna say something to me. I can explode anytime.
I should find a new house in island. I can’t be super duper heroes to travel from mainland to island every day. But I really hate looking for new house. House like a heaven to me and my car is my home. I have to make sure that I really can make myself comfortable in there. I cannot simply pick any house to rent in, that’s totally not me. I just need to be patient and wait for the right time for my heaven to come.
Am I pressuring you all with my story?
Hey, no worries. I am happy with my life. As Rachna said, if I stay idle, that means I am daydreaming and better for me to misbehave coz then they can assure that I’m learning and doing something for good.
Very true. At least, now I have something to do after wasting so much time before. Plus, I got money. I don’t have to think or daydreaming about anything. I will get tired over my daily activities and I can sleep at nite like the true sleeping beauty.
Well, I have a lot to share but limited time. Perhaps, I should buy new laptop and wireless broadband so that I can communicate with the world easily.
